Graeme is the Director of the
firm. He graduated from Stellenbosch University in 1990. He completed his
articles at Cluver Markotter in Stellenbosch and also practised at that firm as
attorney and conveyancer, before he became a partner in Muller Baard at
Robertson in 1993. In 2000 he founded the firm FALCK MULLER BAARD, now known as
FALCK ATTORNEYS. He is well known as a skilled commercial orientated litigant
and conveyancer.
He is also an appraiser and a Commissioner for
the Small Claims Court.
Graeme has acted as Chairman for the Business Chamber,
Development Forum, Robertson Sport Club and Equestrian Club. Graeme and his
family live in
Stellenbosch.
MELANIE ZEEMAN BA;
LLBMelanie graduated from Stellenbosch University in 1995. She completed her articles at Krige & Sons in Worcester and in 1997 she became an associate of the firm Muller Baard and later Falck Muller Baard. Melanie founded the Veldrif office of FALCK ATTORNEYS in 2005. She is an experienced litigant and is also skilled in liquor law, labour law and property law. She has been secretary for the circle of attorneys in the Boland area for several years. Melanie resides in Veldrif.
FRANCOIS SCHOOMBEE BA(HONS.); LLBFrancois graduated from Stellenbosch University in 1996. He completed his articles at Viljoen Wasserman in Cape Town, where he ultimately became the Director. After the amalgamation between Viljoen Wasserman and FALCK ATTORNEYS, Francois was appointed as an associate in 2005 and is responsible for the Stellenbosch office.He attends to general Magistrate- and Supreme Court litigation and labour law. He resides in Stellenbosch.
NICOLENE LEIDIG BA;

Nicolene graduated from the
University of Stellenbosch in 1995. She completed her articles at the firm,
Barry & Mouton in Calitzdorp, where she was also employed as an associate. In
1999, she was appointed as an associate in the Cape Town firm, Peter Hayward
Attorneys. In 2001 and 2002 Nicolene did a world tour and thereafter
joined our firm at Robertson from the beginning of 2003. Nicolene is an experienced
conveyancer and skilled in litigation, labour and liquor law. She resides
in Robertson.
CHARMAINE TEW LLBCharmaine graduated from the University of South Africa in 2002. She completed her articles at the Cape Town firm, Everingham & Partners. She started as an associate with our firm in 2004 and is responsible for the Cape Town office that was founded in 2005. Charmaine is an attorney and conveyancer. She attends to our correspondent’s Magistrate and Supreme Court instructions as well as to the firm’s lodgments and registrations in the Deeds Office. She resides in Cape Town.

Schalk graduated from
Stellenbosch University in 2002. He completed his articles at Bosman & Smit,
Caledon. In 2005 he joined our
Robertson office where he is responsible for
litigation and also manages the collections department. He resides in Robertson.

Gys is a candidate attorney who completed his studies in Stellenbosch and also studied part time in the Netherlands. He resides in Stellenbosch.
JOHARD ROUX B. COMM;
B.PROCJohard graduated at the University of Pretoria in 1994. He completed his articles with the firm Viljoen Stone in Pretoria where he was also appointed as an associate. He later joined the firm Schutte Lategan in Nelspruit. He moved to London in 1999 where he joined the Firm “Porter & Jaskel Solicitors” for one year and later Seth Loves & Co. On his return to South Africa he acted as head of the litigation team for an employers organisation. He joined our firm in 2002 and is involved on a part time basis at our Stellenbosch office.
WILLEM LAUBSHER B.
COMM; CEAWillem graduated in Stellenbosch and was involved in banking for 30 years, during which he gained valuable experience in management, real estate, auctions, estates and other commercial subjects. Willem is also an appraiser and he is an independent contractor and advisor with our firm in Robertson.

DIP CO LAW; MDP PREPJohan graduated in Stellenbosch in 1965. He is an independent advisor, with extensive experience in commercial and property law. He resides in Stellenbosch.
RECARDO COLLINS
LLBRecardo graduated at the University of the Western Cape in 2001. He completed his articles with the firm Van der Scholtz Attorneys in Elsiesriver and was admitted as an attorney in 2003. He acted as a legal investigator with the SA Human Rights Commission. He was a state prosecutor for two years and joined our firm as an associate in 2005.
